SHIPPING POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Ujjawala.

All items shall be shipped from our centre within three days of receiving the order. Due to covid restrictions, the delivery company shall follow the government guidelines and try to reach your product to you at the earliest.

RETURN& EXCHANGE POLICY

We apologise if an item has been incorrectly or with damages shipped to you. In such a situation, we shall exchange the product for your original order.

If the original product is now out of stock, we shall try our best to ship you the closest product of a similar value.

You have seven calendar days to request us for such an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We request you to be careful before placing orders as once the order is placed, the order cannot be refunded or returned.
